Preservation Barre's Evolved is a fitness teacher training with roots in NYC, having evolved from Lotte Berk's original work into BARRE as we know it today from Lydia Bach to Elisabeth Halfpapp, Fred DeVito, and other second and third generation teachers in the NYC studio.
